User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Their financial decisions
- Credit card usage
- Payments
- Account accuracy
ALOC is not responsible for financial losses, missed payments, credit score impacts, or lending decisions.
Subscriptions
Some features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing and features are subject to change.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by their respective platforms.
Privacy
User data is handled according to the ALOC Privacy Policy.
Security
ALOC takes reasonable steps to protect user data, but no platform can guarantee absolute security.
Future Integrations
Future versions of ALOC may integrate with third-party providers such as Plaid for secure financial account connectivity.
Termination
ALOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
ALOC Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
